Accident Management

You don't choose to have a vehicle accident but you do have the right to choose who will repair your vehicle.

Insurance companies will encourage their customers to use their own network of repairers purely to keep their own costs down.

This means your vehicle may be repaired by a non-Manufacturer approved repairer.

It is highly advised to use manufacturer approved repairers and not necessarily insurance approved. Only repairers approved, accredited or recommended by the vehicle manufacturer have access to training, approved equipment and tooling, repair methods and data that are critical in returning the vehicle to the exacting and original specification.

Your right to choose who repairs your vehicle was confirmed by a directive from the Office of Fair Trading issued in 1993, so we would encourage that you to contact a manufacturer approved repairer to handle your claim. M&A Coachworks are approved, accredited or recommended by the following Manufacturers: -


Aston Martin, Ferrari, Porsche, Maserati, Bentley, McLaren and Lamborghini.  

Call one of our customer service team who will guide you through the whole process, and, in non-fault cases provide a like for like replacement vehicle.

If you have been involved in a motor accident that is not your fault you are entitled to an appropriate equivalent motor vehicle, the cost of which should be covered by the responsible party’s insurer.
As well as providing a replacement like for like vehicle M&A will assist you in recovering your excess, and any out of pocket expenses.
