M&A Coachworks re-structure, as the original owners will be retiring. This will allow for succession, long term planning and investment in the business. M&A Coachworks strengthen their relationships with the manufacturers by achieving privileged accreditation for Bentley Motors and Lotus cars. M&A Coachworks are now approved by five major manufacturers and two major insurers.
2006
M&A Coachworks continue to invest in brand training for productive staff and customer facing staff as vehicle reparability becomes more complex and customer expectations continue to rise.
2005
M&A Coachworks are re-appointed as a Mercedes-Benz and Smart manufacturer approved repair centre.
2004
Mercedes-Benz re-launches their approved Body Care programme. In preparation for this audit M&A Coachworks have to re-invest in the programme to meet brand requirements in terms of customer support.
2003
Jaguar and Land Rover re-launch Body & Paint Centre of Excellence. M&A Coachworks gain 100% audit score and are one of only twenty-two in the United Kingdom with dual approval. Dean Dionisiou is one of 12 candidates nationwide to be selected onto the Jaguar and Land Rover Steering Committee.

Dean Dionisiou is appointed Managing Director of M&A Coachworks.
2000
M&A Coachworks invest in developing an internal training academy for its customer service team and managers as well as continually investing in productive manufacturer training. An Academy of Training is established at M&A. Solus Accident Repair Centre is awarded Bodyshop of the Year.
1997
M&A Coachworks become Norwich Union’s Approved Specialist Repairer for Jaguar, Range Rover, Mercedes-Benz and Aston Martin within the M25 / London postcodes.
1996
George Dionisiou launches The Solus Accident Repair Centre in partnership with Norwich Union.
1995
M&A Coachworks become an approved Mercedes-Benz Repair Centre.
1994
M&A Coachworks are now working for Henleys Jaguar, Armitage Walker, H R Owen and Strastone Ltd. The manufacturer mix is now Jaguar, Land Rover and Mercedes-Benz.
1993
M&A Coachworks acquire an annexe site of 20,000 square feet to accommodate for the continuing increase in work volumes.
1992
M&A Coachworks acquire their first insurance approval through Norwich Union, which is then followed by Allianz Cornhill, Eagel Star (Zurich) and Axa. The business is establishing strong relationships with both manufacturers and insurers.
1991
M&A Coachworks are officially launched by Mr C L Hunt Director of UK Operations for Jaguar Cars as the 13th Jaguar Bodyshop Centre of Excellence in the UK and the first in London.
1990
Work begins and after nine months M&A Coachworks complete the redevelopment investing half a million pounds.
1989
M&A Coachworks work in partnership with Mike Sears of Jaguar Cars to plan the development of a purpose built Jaguar Bodyshop Centre of Excellence. An additional two family members join the business, Dean Dionisiou and Nis Kyriacou.
1988
M&A Coachworks are nominated by H.R. Owen for Jaguar Approval. M&A Coachworks acquire their current site of 15,000 square foot on a long-term lease.
1987
Third family member joins the business. George Dionisiou brings a whole new strategy and vision to the business.
Hadley Green Garage are now supplying M&A Coachworks with work.
1982
M&A Coachworks become H,R. Owen bodyshop for Jaguar, Land Rover and Ferrari carrying out cosmetic and structural repairs.
1976
M&A Coachworks have a work force of seven and are working for a number of prestige dealerships and begin to establish a retail client base within the local market.
1975
M&A Coachworks extend their site and employ their second member of staff as volumes continue to increase as they begin to work for local Mercedes-Bemz after sales department.
1974
The business began to establish a reputation for quality and fine detail as work volumes began to steadily increase. It was at this point that they employed their first member of workshop staff.
1973
M&A Coachworks began repairing Rolls Royce / Bentley and E-Type Jaguar out of One Arch, a premises that the business still occupies today. Michael Dionisiou was the Panel Technician and Fitter and Adonis Kyriacou was the Painter.
